Candidate Profile :

• Minimum three "C" passes for GCE A/L exam.

• Minimum 02 years work experiences in same category will be an advantage.

• Should have a pleasant personality.

• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Should possess good customer service and Public Relations skills.

• Be a driven & committed team player with excellent interpersonal and self-management skills.

• Age between 20 - 35 years.

• Preference will be given to those who are within close proximity to Ratnapura.

At Hopitel, a Public Relations Officer (PRO) is in charge of overseeing the company's public relations efforts and image. Writing press releases, arranging public appearances, managing media relations, and upholding a positive rapport with clients, media sources, and the community are among the important responsibilities.
