Responsibilities :

  • * Managing filing system.
  • * Updating paperwork and maintaining documents.
  • * Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • * Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • * Packaging, counting stock and arranging stock to stores.
  • * Maintaining supply inventory and attaching barcodes and tags.
  • * Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.


✥ An office assistant is in charge of carrying out a variety of administrative duties to support day-to-day office operations. Incoming and outgoing communications, file management, document preparation, and office supply maintenance are all included in this. To keep the office operating smoothly, they might also help with meeting scheduling, welcoming guests, and general clerical support. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
